Watching all of these cars race at mediocre speeds not touching each other would be very boring. NASCAR still has high speeds and contact.

Make it more exciting by returning to the days of running production looking cars and engines. All the cars look damn near identical when the graphics are removed

My question: What benefit does it have for any of those manufacturers? Do any of them need to go racing, and if so is NASCAR the best fit for their style of vehicle?

1) Run half of the races at road courses, half at ovals

Doesn’t matter if the racing series “needs” them (which is only your opinion, anyways), if a manufacturer’s ideals don’t fit in a particular racing series then why should they join that series if it doesn’t benefit them?
